Yeast and Pearl Sugar for cinnamon buns.

Having just returned from Sweden I want to make some cinnamon buns - they are delicious! The recipe I have requires 35g of fresh yeast - but it's handier to use the dry packet stuff. Can anyone advise how much of this I would need? Also, I need pearl sugar - is this available in supermarkets?

yes but it's not called 'pearl sugar' here, and I've only seen it in brown, not white - it'll be with the demerara etc and will be 'large sugar granules' or 'coarse coffee sugar' or something
like this or this

re yeast, iirc you halve it, so you'd need 17g dried yeast

Thanks MrsBadger - a big help! I'll send you a bun when they're done
