Plum crumble?

Have been given big bowl of plums...
Found recipe for pear crumble in my book but not plum crumble.
Planning to follow the receipe but switch the plums for the pears.

Do I need to peel the plums to turn it into plum crumble?
Shall I add some pears too to make it sweeter or will plums be ok alone?

No need to peel them. Add a bit of brown sugar. Will be yummy with or without pears.

A bit of cinammon in the crumble mix is good too and if you have some ground almonds, you could shove a few in too.
