What can I make with a bowl of Blackberries

Ive just picked a bowl of Blackberries from the bush in the garden.

What can I make with them thats really easy?

Crumble.

Stew them, sugar them and eat them with cream, custard, ice cream or something.

blackberry and apple pie.
muffins.
yoghurt.
ice cream.
a smoothie

dont ask me how though

Sorry I didnt notice the EASY part! smoothie would be easy though,as would crumble

I just add a generous glug of Creme de Cassis, a touch of icing sugar if they need it, and eat with ice cream or creme fraiche.

Have just had a large bowlful.

They freeze well if you want to use them for a crumble later in the year (feels like more of an autumn pudding to me).

Home-made blackberry ice cream is wonderful stuff too.

muffins or pancakes (if they are not enormous) would be my choice

blackberry muffins are nice.

I made ice cream yesterday and it is absolutely the best thing I have EVER made!

I googled for a hand made method and now can't find it to link. Sorry

Ingredients were simple though:
castor sugar
water
fruit
whipping cream
