Salmon and pasta

Like the idea of making something with salmon and pasta. Feel sure I have read on here that you can make a nice sauce for this using creme fraiche. Anyone help please?

i use pesto with creme fresh, very yummy

Yep, cook the salmon, cook the pasta, then flake the salmon and mix it through the sdalmon with a tub of creme freche, lemon juice, salt and pepper. I also chuck in a bag of baby spinach to wilt in the warm pasta.

Lush.

If I don't have spinach, I mix in loads of peas too.

You could add fresh chopped chillie, or fresh chopped parsley or garlic to spice it up a bit if you want.

or dill and toasted pine nuts, or a little grated ginger with chilli flakes

or lemon zest and a little butter through the pasta and the salmon sat on top

scatter chives over

and you can make a lemony bearnaise type of thing too, which is very yumscrum!
