raw meat - some urgent advice needed

I just accidentally left some raw pork chops and raw sausages in my car, there were in there for an hour before I remembered I'd left them in there. It's quite warm here today, but they still felt cool to the touch.

Is it still safe to cook and eat them?

Just make sure they're cooked through.

Should be okay, but I'd knock a day or two off the "Use By" date to be happy, so don't leave it long before you cook and eat them.

Yes, totally fine to eat but will go off faster as bad bacteria will have grown quite quickly for a while. so eat today or tomorrow rather than wait for a while.
