iv lots of meat left from yesterdays roast what shall i do other than sandwiches or serving up just another dinner but nothing too tricky any ideas pleeease...

Chilli and garlic and coriander and basically whatever you fancy. Mix some mint sauce into some plain yoghurt (or mayonaise) - and serve it on top! YUM
