I buy it every month and try out the recipes some of which I continue to make. DD and I are thinking of making a cookbook on which we store our favourite recipes.

I have been using the take 5 ingredients booklet and have made so far:

Braised beef with red wine nd cranberry - made it for 2 so used half the meet but with all the sauce. Dd loved it although we added extra cranberry.

Maple and orange glazed chicked, dd loved this and we will definetly make it again.

Mixed bean goulash dd favourite we had it with spicy wedges and then the next day with a jacket potato.

Tonight we had the lamb with the salsa, dd had some salsa but was not keen , I loved it though.

Only tip I have is that I used to buy it with tesco clubcard vouchers, so technically free

Sadly, I cant find the time or energy to try out lots of new recipies anymore, but I love the idea of the cookbook!

I am on my holidays! The joys of being a teacher, I get to plan and cook a proper meal every day. It won't be happening in October.

I buy it every month, pick out the recipes that work best for us and have created a recipe folder [wonders if there's a copyright issue with doing this].
