I took delivery of my lovely shiny new cooker yesterday and have the family coming over for dinner tonight so I can play with it for the first time. I thought I might do a rotisserie chicken on it but it's come without the instruction manual (it's an ex-display). Can anyone tell me what temperature setting I need to use and roughly how long it takes? And do you keep the door open or closed? Many thanks.
