Using up egg yolks - can I make quiche?

Well yes I can make quiche but can I make it with just egg yolks or does it need to be the whites as well?

You can use egg yolk and cream and it should still set - but wouldn't they be nicer as Spag Carbonara? or ice-cream?

I was just trying to plan a picnic and thought ooh eton mess would be good and then wondered if I could use the egg yolks in quiche, also for the picnic!
