Black halibut- what do you do with it?

Any cooking tips/ recipes?

I bought some of this from local farmers market and just pan fried it and served with new pots and green beans. It was lovely

OR you could serve it with green lentils cooked with chorizo, red peppers and spring onions - tis very tasty!

Thanks Stirling- was looking forward to it and then read something disparaging about it
