Quorn mince question

I made some bolognese from frozen quorn mince yesterday for my veggie MIL. There is loads left and I was hoping to freeze it, is it ok to freeze? I cooked it from frozen as per instructions, but it says do not refreeze once thawed, does that change if its been cooked? If it were previously frozen raw meat that was cooked I would do it but not sure if quorn is different, I haven't cooked with it before.

Would be a shame to waste it, its actually quite nice TIA!

Yes yes you can freeze cooked quorn mince

The freezing after thaw thing is when it's raw. Same as meat, etc etc.

I am not certain why this is. Someone will know.
