I've previously made it with braising / stewing steak in slow cooker and it was lovely. DH normally hates stewing steak texture, but says it is nice in this as it goes melt in the mouth.
Anyway, I've forgotten to sort it this morning and wondered if there are any other recipes where I could put it in the oven and the texture of the stewing steak is likely to be as tender as it would have been in slow cooker?
