Hi everyone
I am having guests for dinner on Friday night and I am planning to make Vension pie from Gordon Ramsay's Healthy Appetite book, however I don't want to be stuck in the kitchen while everyone is enjoying their wine. So was wondering if I can cook the meat and veg in the morning, put it in the fridge and then just make the mash in the evening and bang in the oven.
I haven't done it this way before, usually cook, oven and eat and was wondering if anyone can think of any problems I might encounter.
