Can I freeze iced cakes?

Argh - forgot to leave some of the fairy cakes uniced before freezing. Can I freeze fairy cakes complete with glace icing or do we just need to eat them all? Cheers!

you can freeze them! I did it recently and it's great... they defrost really quickly

Yes freezed some for the first time after made lots and DD's party attendance decimated by swine flu...great as I can bring them out a few at a time for tea.
