hiya, i'm not much of a baker, so can't tell you where to get the supplies, but if you're in london go to Humingbird Bakery (www.hummingbirdbakery.com/flash.html#home_in) They do the BEST cupcakes ever!!! Maybe you can try and copy them. hmmmmmm
