Just normal food processor blade should work fine.
Try toasting the bread for finer breadcrumbs.

Breadcrumbs came up a treat. Toasted the frozen bread before putting in Magimix.

Got a bit carried away and made rather too much . Do you know if I can put in freezer for future use?

You can indeed- i often do that if i have som crusts of bread going stale, just whiz and put in freezer, then use them straight from frozen.
