Its my SIL 25th Wedding Anniversary party - very informal and a surprise! Guests have been asked to supply a dish and I have been tasked with a desert. The other desert will be raspberry cheesecake... Feel like I need a crunchy crispy alternative... but apart from meringues have gone completely blank...
Can anyone suggest something as a contrast please?
