Hi
DH returns home tomorrow and I want to cook him a nice light supper - suitable for someone recovering from airline food. He cooks, I don't.
Any suggestions / all weblinks to v simple recipes welcome. Failing that any suggestions for an M and S / Waitrose / Sainsburys ready meal!

THANK YOU SO MUCH

I'd do this.

My dh (and dcs) really like my incredibly easy honey mustard chicken. You just mix 3 tbsp runny honey with 3 tbsp wholegrain mustard then pour it over 6 chicken thigh fillets, then cook in the oven. Job done. Good (and quick and easy) with new potatoes and green beans.

I do an easy chicken pie.

Fry 1 onion and some garlic with a good few handfuls of cooked chicken. Add some spices (I use korma spices from Morrisons) and a small tin of sweetcorn. Simmer it all In about 1/2 pint stock for about 15 mins and then bung in a dish with mashed potato on top. Oven bake for about half an hour - done!

It's delicious.
