Ocado - the shelves are empty. Anyone know why?

Trying to do an ocado order and half the stuff is out of stock. What's going on there? Anyone know what the problem is, or is this going on with all online food orders from supermarkets at the moment. Or am I just buying incredibly popular food?

Latex gloves then is the way to go FB if the loo paper is breaking up.

Have they just announced that swine flu is getting worse? Maybe everyone is stocking up for the apocalypse!

Might it have something to do with swine flu - lots of people off work and a rise in the numnber of customers wanting their groceries delivered for the same reason?

Yep if your gonna pop off with swine flu might as well max your credit card in waitrose

All fine here in Surrey - put an order in yesterday, just had it delivered. All present and correct except for bananas - obv a banana shortage on round here, as that's the 3rd time in a row that they haven't had bananas

If I were ill and needed stuff delivering Ocado would definitely make me feel better quicker!

I did an order this afternoon without any problems. Everything I wanted in stock.

Mine comes from the Hatfield depot.

I booked it, Swedes, but had to cancel as after almost a century of no social life I managed to triple book us that evening. I'll def go there though sometime soon.
