I need 5 evening meals to feed them. MIL can't eat....

pork
rice
chilli
lentils
vanilla

They don't like very fatty food.

Any ideas on what to serve them?

Why don't you ask her what she likes?

Pennies · 27/07/2009 19:41

Oh, and at the moment she's not hot on dairy, which means she'll eat it quite happily but then announce she's ill a few hours later.

Roast dinners? Salmon one night, chicken the next. Steak and baked potato? Salad with cold meat/leftover salmon (low effort )

Pennies · 27/07/2009 19:43

Tried that. I got the following response:

"Oh, you know. Stuff. You know. I don't know. What do you want..."

V. helpful.
