left over mash...what to do?

DH made lunch today and we have mountains of mashed potatoes left. Don't want to waste them - any ideas?

cheese and potatoe and onion pie. sprinkle extra cheese on top, oven bake and have with beans!

Agree with Pruni - freeze it! You can use it later for loads of dishes (esp when preparing shepherds/cottage pie)
