my 2 yr old loves bananas. i try buy the smaller ones but he often has 2 per day oten wants more.
i try and vary it (yesterday he had loads of grapes, half a pear, few slices pineapple and 2 bananas - a good day fruit wise!)
but is there any harm eating 2-3 bananas a day? heard might make him constipated but not sure if thats true??

THey used to make my dd1 constipated when she was a baby. But dd2 eats loads with no apparent ill-effects. I expect you'll notice if it becomes a problem...

I've always found with my children that they do bung them up a bit. But otherwise I can't see much problem unless they're filling him to the point that he isn't eating other foods you put in front of him.
