Have had people for lunch and made enough couscous to feed an army and have loads left over.

Does it freeze well?

I used to freeze it when weaning DD, then Id just re-heat in the microwave straight from the freezer! Never had any problems and it always tasted fine!! It does depend on what you've mixed with it - ie, not sure how fruits - raisins, pineapple - might freeze if you've done a fruity cous cous!! But I used to mix in roasted veg and it was alwasy fine!

HTH [grin}
