wondering if you can help. I am on atkins and looking for different recipes - i have come across lots = however i am confused by the term 'effective carbs' have gogled and know what it is - however i am not sure what i count
do i count the whole carbs inc. fibre - or just 'effective carbs'
i ask because there is a bloody brilliant flax bread recipe that i am after making cos i yearn a butty
does anyone know?
