Peppercorn Sauce

Hi,

I was wondering if any of you lovely ladies have a good recipe for a peppercorn sauce (ideally using black peppercorns) its to go with steak but I don't have any cream.

If you don't have cream I doubt you will have creme fraiche, but I find that works much better I find.
