a couple more cucumber recipes

Had it steamed and dressed with rocksalt in a swish restaurant once. I thought it was quite nice although DH likened it to consuming sea slugs.....

How can anyone resist this title? Classic! Apart from eating it in a salad, having it in sandwiches, putting it is tsatziki or shredding it and having it with Peking Duck, I really couldn't say.......
