Can I freeze white cabbage?

That is the only thing left in my fridge can I freeze it? I do not want to just throw it away if I do not really have to!

Thanks

cook it and freeze it. Might not taste fab...but I do it for red cabbage and it is lovely.

Not sure, haven't you got any friends with guinea pigs or rabbits?

Hi Pesto, I might give them to the neighbours horses if everything else fails!

Still Blustery your way?

That's a good idea. I'm sure horses would appreciate a bit of variety in their greens

Yep, still quite blowy here. But at least it's bright and not raining. Hope you have a great holiday!

I would say yes, I've frozen lettuce before to save wasting it and it's been fine. It did need a good drying out on kitchen roll though, once defrosted!!
