In a fit of frustration at the size of my kitchen, DH and I have done a ruthless slashing of kitchen equipment and items in order to free up some space. In the process, we discovered that we have 20 (yes, 20) small cans of baked beans, 5 large cans of cannellini beans and a few tins of kidney beans. How this happened I am unclear..!
We need to use them up to fit with our new streamlined approach and before they all topple over in their new precarious shelf, causing DH and I to divorce..! .
Tonight I'm making sausage and (cannellini) bean casserole. I have copious amounts of mince in the freezer (it's a long story), so planning to make chilli later this week but would be grateful for a recipe as I've never made chilli.
