Are beetroot leaves edible?

I have lots and don't want to chuck them.

Yes they are - younger ones taste nicer - try in a salad. I fry older ones with a bit of garlic. Tasted good.

I want to stir fry them, just wanted to check they aren't poisonous! Thanks Riven.
