Does anyone know how much cake mixture i will need for 40 fairy cakes?

I would use a 6 egg mix.

A 2 egg mix will make 12 fairy cakes

i made about 18 this morning with 3 eggs, so it appears that for 40 cakes you would need about 7 eggs.
