I've lost my mumsnet meal planners - does anybody have them to email please?

I need to sort out my meal planning again as it's all gone to pot, but I can't find the ones that I had that were doing the rounds on mn. I think there were 2 or 3 from memory - could somebody email them to me please?

Geraldine I think it would be a good idea to save meal planners - maybe split into categories, like for special diets too.

I am unable to use most meal planners because my dd is allergic to dairy & eggs and I think it may help others with dc with the same allergies to see what people are feeding them on a weekly basis.

I know I would have found that sort of info really useful when I first found out about the allergies
