I often make salmon parcels (tomato, onion, lemon juice, butter, capers) in tinfoil. It's so easy, it's hard to overcook, and it's easy to prepare ahead of time and cook later.
Anyone have any other good fish parcel recipes? Any sort of fish, I just want something I can parcel up and bake.
