What can I do with a glut of homegrown blackcurrants?

Blackcurrant fool - yummy! Or eton mess - something very fattening lol

ice cream

Freeze them and bring them out in the winter with a smug grin! That's my plan.

Otherwise jam or even wine if you have time/inclination.

Blackcurrant cordial.
Blackcurrant mousse (and frozen becomes ice cream)
Blackcurrants on choc cake.
Blackcurrant jelly
Lightly simmered, sieved, sweetened and served with greek yog.
