aspirational toileteries and all.

I wanted Bicks sweetcorn relish ( mm)
no they dont sell it
nor " monster crackin'" ice cream topping

AND for my nigella ( no less) rocky road i wanted "fake cherries" ( ? my brother) glace cherries and had to have dark red ones " from Provence"

i mean theres poncery and there is NOT giving the customer what she wants.

You should shop online with Ocado. All of Waitrose stuff, a lot is price matched with Tesco and other stuff (non-price matched) is cheaper on line than in the store. They also have times when you can get free delivery and voucher offers. I've saved £40 (40%)on my shop this week using a voucher and other savings. Definitely cheaper than in store as I've checked when I've done shopping in store .

There's a good wine offer in Waitrose though, at the moment - 6 bottles of Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc. Normall £8.99 a bottle, now £5.99 if you buy 6.

I love ocado!have only been doing it 3 weeks but v cheap actually and food is delicious and doesn't go off as quick as sainsburys.I love the bags too.You pay extra for poncey to feel good!Their own brand stuff is reasonable and the meat is good.No call for glace cherries here though I am a crap baker!

Ooooooh I love Bicks burger relish. I have to indulge my more low rent tastes at Tesco and indulge my inner ponce at Waitrose

I'd love to know if you manage to find it, WP!

Waitrose are really annoying me at the moment and we don't even do our main shop there:

1.I've had to return lots of things there recently that have gone off days before their Best Before/Use By dates (eg. milk that came out of the container in a big lump 5 days before its use by date, fresh chilled pasta that had gone green and furry well within date)

  1. Their excessive use of packaging. There was a big poster in store last week claiming that they've reduced the amount they use but I've not seen any evidence of this.
