what are you all having for tea tonight ?

im doing my own version of kfc
southern fried chicken burger with lettuce and mayonaise with some oven chips ,maybe some corn on the cob too

cyanara... fan potatoes are peeled whole potatoes, I use Maris pipers, I put them length ways on a chopping board then slice almost through them but not all the way, in tiny wedges all the way along the potato.

I'm sure there's a recipe somewhere for them but I can't find one.

I then roast them in the oven for about an hour.

Home made burgers and potato wedges with a bit of salad on the side.

Prawns in a creamy parmesan sauce with rice.

Both DS's have been invited to friends houses earlier this week (and have eaten crap there) so it is the ever dependable Shepherds pie and veg tonight - just so that I know they have eaten something good for them......

Another spag bol here. My dh makes it with lamb mince, and it's yum.

DD had lamb chops, new potatoes and peas.

I'm not eating as I'm off swimming in a bit and I can;t swim on a full stomach. By the time I'm done and changed and home I'm just not in the mood for food.

No idea what DH will have. Possibly the rest of the chops if he can be arsed to cook them

No idea. Have been ill all week and done no planning.

I have actually beeen up mroe today and feeling much betterm although not right. Have to accompany DH to one of his work things to an art show tonight; showing our faces for an hour. Will probably bring in a take away.

DD is going to the local pub for dinner with PILs - once they arrive anyway; they are stuck n traffic!

DS's had sausages, mash, brocolli and green beans

DH has just announced that he is off out tonight, so I am going to have avocado, bacon, artichoke and rocket salad.

Baked potatoes and 'coffilower' cheese. Was yummy!

In fact, it is my second favourite meal I think.

Big bowl full of Dhal - It needs Naan bread but I haven't got any
