I am hpoing for some help, i have just been told to follow a wheat free diet again.
I did one from the age of 19 to 24 (then fell pregnant and problems all went so was fine to consume little wheat) Now been told to go back to zero wheat. It has been 7 years since i gave up the last one.

What do i eat please remind me!

Any help or even lists of food that are too be avoided would be GREAT!

I also have to be careful with citrus and seafood although i can consume these foods.

If you're allowed gluten then you can have oats, barley and other grains. I eat loads of 'free from' supermarket stuff, Expensive but the bread's lovely toasted!
