how long will leftover roast chicken last in fridge?

Had roast chicken yesterday and there was a lot of chicken left which I took off the bird. How long will it last in the fridge?

I keep it for 3 days. Just make a risotto with it.

If I cook it on Sunday, then I eat it until wednesday night, then I give what's left to the dog.

thanks guys - chops, got a risotto recipe for a novice?

this one is delicious. Not great for the waistline though!
