My supper last night was so delicious that I'm still thinking about it, and it's taking all my self control not to eat the leftovers for breakfast.

The night before we had a few veggies left over.

Peas and chickpeas in yogurt and marscapone.
Mashed potato.
Roast sweet potato wedges in sesame oil.

So, I roughly blitzed the lot with my blitzer. Still lots of lumps and whole peas and stuff. Added some spices. Made balls. Rolled the balls in flour (not really necessary but dd wanted to help and she could do that bit). Shallow fried them.

Made a salad of yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, v thin cucumber slices and v finely diced onion. Sprinkled with cayenne.

Served with Arab bread.

YUM.

Sod left overs. I think I will actually make this from scratch again.

And I can't eat the little bit that's left as dh has bagsied it for supper, and I won't deen supper as am having afternoon tea with friends. Boo.

Sounds divine. And what is wrong with last nights dinner, for breakfast. Curry tastes even better the next morning, I swear. I do it all the time.
Kind of assumed that everyone else did aswell.
Obviously not !!!
