Hi, I have made a huge curry today using natural yoghurt in the recipe, We are eating it tonight but theres enough to freeze about 6 portions, The thing is i've just noticed that the yoghurt container says do not freeze!!
Does this mean that I can't freeze my portioned up curry.
Or will the yoghurt be ok now its been cooked?
I am hungry but don't think me and DH could eat it all

or, alternatively, send some this way, i love curry

foxinsocks · 04/07/2009 20:42

can I ask when you added it to your curry?

I made one with natural yoghurt in last week and it went all bitty (iyswim)...almost like the yoghurt had separated (the sauce wasn't smooth)

Hi foxinsox I've made it in the slow cooker, I added the yoghurt about an hour ago and it looks fine.

Pavlov Don't want to rub it in but it smells great.. The naan breads are nearly finished. All we need now is a bottle of red and I'll be a very happy woman.

I'm off to eat now thanks for the quick replies.
