BANANAS

Got loads of bananas here to use up as the skins are starting to turn brown.
Any ideas for somthing quick and easy? TIA

banana splits? or if you like warm bananas you can split them in half put chocolate buttons down the middle, put them back together, wrap them in foil and bake them. (in the summer we do this on the bbq) how about banana muffins? sorry i don't have a recipe

shallow fry them with honey? banana custard.
