I like lots on the top of potato salad.

you can prob freeze them in water in an ice tray. Haven't tried with chives but works well with other herbs.

They look good BALD. I have a load of rosemary too so can do the recipe. Thanks muddle. I'll be adding chives to everything.

Filled jacket spuds

Bake large potatoes until skin is really crispy.

Cut thenm in half, scioop out the flesh and mash it up with creme fraiche/soured cream, chopped chives and salt & pepper.

Put the mash mixture back into the skins, sprinkly a tiny bit of grated cheese on top and put under a hot grill until they start to brown

Really good with cold roast chicken & salad as a summer dinner.

Bash turkey fillets until thin. On top sprinkle chopped chives, lemon zest and some chopped garlic, fold up and wrap in parma ham. Frizzle in pan for 5 mins, turn over, squeeze lemon juice and then frizzle again for 4 mins (or until cooked) - delicious. Ainsley I think.

Freeze them. Just stick them in a bag and freeze them or chop into little bits and freeze them for ease of sprinkling.
