Heya -

Okay so am 20 weeks (today!) and my nails are terrible. I know I need to be taking in more calcium, but I detest milk, and am not to keen on drinking it with nesquick, seeing as its pure sugar! I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions where I could get a good source of calcium? Sorry if that sounds like a silly question, but I really don't know!

any small fish where you eat the bones too (ie sardines)

Same as thisisyesterday - tinned sardines, bones et al mashed up on toast - dash of Tabasco for preference.
Instant oats/Ready Brek - the ones I buy have added calcium carbonate so that's a good source.
