CUTLERY AND CROCKERY

Any suggestions for nice cutlery and crockery for a toddler that isn't plastic or Disney/Warner Bros. or any other themed stuff? I quite like Emma Bridgwater but her stuff can get a bit pricey. My ds likes using our cutlery and crockery but it can get a bit dangerous! I'm looking to a buy plate, bowl and mug for corckery and the usual for cutlery.

Tescos own brand metal cutlery with plastic handles are fantastic (they've got ABC on them).

And I think the other ones we got are Tommy Tippy. They are metal, but this time they have a sort of rubbery handle for a better grip (they're orange and blue). HTH

Asda have simple plastic plates/bowls, blue and green, unfussy, no bunnies teddies etc.
Ikea have crockery, again quite simple, just a little cat face on the handle. HTH

Just wanted to add: Ikea crockery is metal with plastic handles.

Ikea do a range great for toddlers which is black and wite stripy handles. One bigger than baby stuff and perfect for my 2yr old and 4 yr old. Mine like using our stuff too, and we have the Emma Bridgewater for everything, so I did think of buying them some of their own to match!

Inga, yes I meant cutlery... seems I forgot to bring my brain yesterday

Inga - I obviously had had too much to drink last night!! The blue and orange cutlery is made by Heinz. They are fab.
...no wine for me tonight!
