What to do with ground cardamon?

Anyone got a good recipe which uses ground cardamon (my mum brought some back from her hols)? I use cardamon pods in curries rather than ground - would it be ok in a curry? Or maybe a sweet recipe, eg biscuits of some sort?

Fine in a curry. Or you could try a bit in black coffee. Or some sort of Indian-inspired rice pudding with pistachios?
