Making an oven-baked risotto - had to fry chicken pieces then set them aside, put the rice, veg and stock in oven for 20 mins then add the chicken and cook for another 20 mins.
Is there any risk of food-poisoning from chicken that's been sitting on the side for 20 mins? What if it wasn't properly cooked through from the frying?
Sorry - but am obsessively worried about giving family salmonella poisoning!
