I have decided to try a new recipe as I FED up of eating the same meals in rotation.

I am doing chicken dupiaza

Only things is, it doesn't seem to thickening up as it says it should in the recipe. (it smells divine though)

What could I do about this, would cornflour work?

I'd keep it on the heat till it reduces down a bit and it should get thicker.

Thanks, it is in the slow cooker at the minute.

Hmmm I have a lamb bhuna in the slow cooker at the moment - tends to be a lot thinner than doing it on the hob as it doesn't reduce in the same way.

I would add a little cornflour mixed with water in this case.

I would second cornflower - stuff in slow cooker always comes out thinner.
