ok so what will happen to my sobert if I put rum in it? Trying to come up with a mojito flavered sorbet......

Was thinking if i put the mint and lime in the sugar and water and fish out as much mint as i can at the end, but when to put the rum in? When its mixing? Help

LOL its the start of a running joke in with me and two friends when we go to one of theirs for dinner, last time we had mojito prawn cocktail and it was yummy (although there wasn't any rum in it....)
