How soon i nadvance can I prepare a vegi lasagne?

My dad and his girlfriend are coming over for dinenr Friday evening. But I'm workign Friday and I'm stressed I won't have enough time to do the lasagne and pudding (chocolate pear tart). So I want to make one of them on Thursday evening if possible and either freeze or refridgerate it.

The lasagne is spinach and mushroom with fresh lasagne. Is tehre any chance I can do it beforehand or will it spoil it?

I'd do it. Made veg lasagne last week then MIL took the kids out for tea. I put it in the fridge and we had it the next day, it was fine.

It'll be fine from one day to another. In fact the flavours might have time to mingle better. Just refrigerate properly.
