Recipe calls for 200g fromage frais and I can't find a big tub anywhere in my home town, only the tiny flavoured pots for kids. I;ve got all the other ingredients but no fromage frais. It's for a cheese cake which has 300g cream cheese, not sure whether to jst add an extra 200g cream cheese instead of FF (Never made a cheese cake before but I'm feeling brave).

I think I'd use creme fraiche rather than greek yoghurt. But broadly, I'd say yes, you can substitute.
