What do I do with one? Any ideas? A friend bought me one as she said it reminded her of me (not sure what to think about that - won't over-analyse)

How best to enjoy my dragon fruit?

I'd just scoop out the flesh and eat either by itself or in a fruit salad.

They don't have a lot of flavour, they taste rather like a melon.
